Our kitchen is tipical of lombardia region with a particular focus on the lake traditions.
We are behind lake and mountains so our dishes are meat and fish.
Every day we choose three different mecines of homemade pasta and we cook it for you.
In the same way we cook three different kinds of meat, sucks as pork, dear, rubbit, roasted cow.
We cook it at a very low cooking temperature in order to preserve its own softness.
We also cook the fish if you reserve one day before, because we only do fresh.
We have a great offer of chees that come directly from the near stock farm accompanied with our vegetable jams such as onion jam, coffee jam, pepper jam.
We have homemade desserts also, we prepare different kinds of cakes and ice-cream.
